The guy has not even started when at 6.30, when the appointment was for 6.30pm. He comes at 7 and puts the blame on the driver. There was no option to call the management and report this. I terms of service, it felt that he was in hurry. While the duration of service says 60 minutes, Waqas was done in 30 minutes. The rest of the time he consumed in cleaning. I didn't find anything extra ordinary in home service. I'll rather go to the saloon next time.
