Without testing element he said it is burnt and said me to change the geyser instead . On Insisting he tested the element and it was found ok. Wire was disconnected. On my insisting he connected wire and it worked ok. He even said it may cause current. The assistant was standing aside on mobile while I was assisting him by showing torch . Totally unprofessional attitude and tried to mislead me with false diagnosis .

He did nothing and just said that it can not be done and left in just 5 minutes. Total waste of Money and i regret that i booked this service from urban company, could have used local electrcian for much better service or atleast no work no money.
