In place of replacing a part, he was adding same part twice in the bill. When asked he was giving lame reasons. I got that single part replaced by someone out side of UC and it’s working fine now.

consultant was poor he refused that this cannot be repaired . he also estimated wrong that thermostat and element both are not working. I got this fixed from out side with only element change

There is leakage. The service rep was well behaved and worked well, but there is still leakage.

1. Charged me exhortation 1900 rs for just geyser element change. 2. Fixed a non sealed pack of used element and that too not as per the specified 2kw wattage, but used the 1.5k wattage element. 3. The technician arrived 1 hour late, against the promised 25 minutes of instant service. 4. Desired outcome of water heating is not achieved and I'm not at all happy with the service. 5. Finally, he charged me an extra 180 for the pipe outside of the UC app. As per your company policy, I'm entitled for 100% refund.
