The new M2 pro started dripping after installation which is definitely not acceptable for a brand new product. Design Issues: a) Manual tap control is missing which is a poor design. The User shouldn't be at the disposal of the Product rather the Product should be flexible and Helpful to the Customer. Without manual tap control, the customer can't keep the product inside a Kitchen cabinet if they want to. It is a series product limitation and stalls the decision of buying the product itself. 2) Requiring always power is another poor design. If you want to keep the stats of the filters, keep it locally with the help NVRAM with a small battery and put a manual tap to avoid the always on design, This is a not a Refrigerator where it does require 24x7 power Native would be the loser if they don't correct these poor designs
