Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later

The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
What will the second visit include?

Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit

Removing of utensils should be done according to the customer wishes and in an organized way and not haphazardly. Also I was not aware that I had to restack the vessels myself which is extra unanticipated work

70% of Cockroaches are alive and still roaming at nights in the hall and kitchen, would say very poor result with the service provided, very disappointed with urban company service, kindly refund the money or take immediate corrective action, service agents are not professionals with experience and is doing it as a part time job, please send experienced pest control team for future visit

Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs.
