Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
What will the first visit include?
Spraying of a diluted liquid chemical in all/infested areas of the house
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit
What will the second visit include?
Application of a semi-solid gel in all/infested areas of the house
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

Refund Request – Pest Control Service (Utensil Removal Not Provided) Hello I had booked the Pest control (includes utensil removal) service priced at ₹1,098, which clearly mentions that utensil removal is part of the service. However, during the visit, the technician did not remove the utensils — we had to remove them ourselves. Since this part of the service was not fulfilled, I would like to request a refund for the difference between the includes utensil removal service (₹1,098) and the excludes utensil removal service (₹899) Please look into this and process the refund at the earliest. Unique 2 visit treatment
The treatment will happen in two parts with a gap of 2 weeks. First, spray treatment to kill the fully developed pests. Second, gel treatment to break the lifecycle and kill the newly hatched eggs. The gel goes deep inside the drains attacking the cockroaches and ants where they hide and breed, preventing them from multiplying
