His installation was good, but charged extra amount than what was showed in the app.

The technician said heating coil will cost Rs.2500 to replace. It's not worth to replace and left the geyser on the floor with water and asked us to drain the water and left. We called another person and he replaced the child for Rs.300 and geyser is working now.

Didn't give clear picture. I was told that both thermostat and heating element need to be changed. When I checked with outside mechanic there was no problem in the thermostat. Only element was changed
