He has taken anchor fastener bolts for using two screws . It's cost is more than his screws. He has fixed our geyser in old anchor fastener bolts . For this work we think the charges are more. Because we are working in the construction industry.

Not sure if your technician is familiar with the repair. He mentioned that it’s difficult to fix the Racold heater and, after inspection, said the required part wouldn't be available in the market. Wasted my money
