The professional has told without opening even the switch cover there is either problem with the coil or thermostat and we need to replace either of them and he said he would coordinate with an agency for the thermostat and heater coil. Since I want to check with the AO Smith technician I disagreed and another technician from another agency came and reset the trip switch without changing any component we could resume the heater service. Please provide competent technician who will unnecessarily replace the parts.
