Lack of Communication: The partner did not clearly inform the customer about the need for uninstallation or required spare parts. This caused confusion and unnecessary delays. 3. High Charges: The UC service charges are too high, especially for minor tasks. It does not feel like good value for money. 4. Upselling Concern: The partner seemed to push for extra work, possibly to increase the bill amount. This makes the service feel less transparent and more profit-driven than customer-focused.
