I split my experience in two ways- 1. First and foremost, technician was very patient, experienced and knowledgeable. 10/10 to him. 2. But, Urban Company has become very exorbitant. Just for small job I was charged 637/- that’s really pricey. I regret I could have arranged some local guy.

Geyser was fixed but the amount quoted in the app is wrong. They tolk ₹590 after the service was done. But uodate ₹288 in the app showing that no work was done. Only visitation charges were applied and no geyser installation charges were included in the app.
