The issue is not resolved and not diagnostic properly , the geyser damaged I won't recommend this app . This is the third time I have seen the worst service from the plumber and geyser technicians

1. Punctuality Issue: The partner arrived 1 hour late, which defeats the purpose of choosing a specific time slot. Timely service is important for customer convenience and planning. 2. Lack of Communication: The partner did not clearly inform the customer about the need for uninstallation or required spare parts. This caused confusion and unnecessary delays. 3. High Charges: The UC service charges are too high, especially for minor tasks. It does not feel like good value for money. 4. Upselling Concern: The partner seemed to push for extra work, possibly to increase the bill amount. This makes the service feel less transparent and more profit-driven than customer-focused.
