Identified the fault quickly, but the estimate given for replacing the heating coil was 1200 as material cost, 500 as repair charges on top of the 250 already paid as inspection fee. Couldn't tell me what heating element is he going to use that would cost so much. Called the manufacturer and they replaced the heating element and charged me 650 in total, including the inspection, material and repair charges. You really need to get a handle on such overcharging of the customer.
