Booked to check the water heater for a water dripping issue. He inspected and said the water heater needs replacing in 2 mins no dismantling or unscrewing of any parts. I requested him to inspect the other as well and he said the same thing in another 2 mins. In total only 5 mins. He was only interested in getting two service payments of Rs.250 each even though he only performed a mere task and was not interested in answering any of our questions

Service was good but once service is done , surrounding area in bathroom needs to be cleaned. Everything is just put as it is and we have to clean it which is tedious and time consuming. Place is not kept clean .
