After inspection, the technician only suggested replacing the entire geyser with a new one. I was charged ₹300 just to be informed that there is no possible repair, which I find unacceptable. As per the technician, the bottom parts of the geyser are completely damaged, and even if replaced, leakage may occur again. This conclusion was shared without any practical repair attempt or viable alternative solution. Charging a customer merely to state that the product must be fully replaced—without offering any repair option or clear technical justification—is not a satisfactory service experience. I expected a proper diagnosis with transparent reasoning or at least a feasible repair approach. I request Urban Company to review this case, justify the inspection charges, and consider a refund or appropriate resolution. Looking forward to your response.
