Initially he started the work and then started packing up. The work resumed after some negotiation with UC internal teams' commitment. He cam here thinking he was going to install the Native pro. He did not have the experience or training (mentioned by him) to install the Native Ultra lock. As a result he spent time from 10 to 3pm in installation. He also damaged the door and the frame.
