Faulty Lock mechanism , installation left half done..very bad service

This is the second lock that Mohan has fitted and he makes a lot of damages on the door and the door frames. He definitely needs more training to do a neat job without damaging the door and the door frames, and also he is not properly trained on fitting this native lock. He needs to really understand how this lock works. The installation that was done today, the magnet piece was missing in the package and he was telling that the lock will work without the magnet. It is not possible because just 10 days back, I have fitted the same lock in my office room with the magnet and the functionality of that lock and the one that is fitted today seems to be working differently. This is definitely not acceptable by me. We place a lot of trust on the quality of your labour and product and I have been terribly let down 2 out of 2 times. Please do not send this technician to me for the next job, because the current job that was done today requires a replacement of the lock and the installation of a magnet as well. Kindly give this high priority.
