I did not cancel the service. The allotted electrician seems to have cancelled the appointment on his own and put the blame on me. Very unprofessional behaviour. When I followed up with him around 10.10 am he said he is on the way. Then I received a call from your office that he has said I have cancelled it. I have not cancelled it. He informed you wrongly after promising to me to come.
