Called for chimney deep cleaning, created unnecessary panic that , it may catch fire and motor rewinding to be done, after opening the Chimney. This feedback is not about Netaji. Initially when a person came she couldn't open the filter and in the process broken the knob. Subsequently I booked another service as chimney service, and Netaji whi came to service said the filter cannot be open because of the broken knob and may have to be broken. This is now leading to high cost replacement which is going to cost me!! Secondly I wanted the service and kattuppakkam but the location assigned was different! The app seems to have given both address of mine but the map was to my home and not kattuppakkam!! Thirdly, I realised equipment servicing is better done by manufacturers and you may be good in cleaning home!!
