Sir they left few kitchen cabinet with out spray. Also I doubt they actually mixed chemical. Last time your person showed chemical mixing in front of us. It appear to b more water. It is clear the person who attended lacks experience or interest in to do proper work. Such people bring bad names to UC

Subject: Request for Full Refund of ₹1,572 for Ineffective Cockroach Pest Control Service Dear Urban Company Customer Support, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the cockroach pest control service recently provided at my residence and to request a full refund of ₹1,572, as the service has failed to deliver the promised results. Despite undergoing the treatment and following all the instructions provided, cockroaches continue to roam around my kitchen. I also noticed tiny hatchlings shortly after the service, which clearly indicates that the infestation has not been effectively treated. The service itself caused significant inconvenience. We had to completely empty our kitchen cabinets, remove all utensils, groceries, and other household items, making the kitchen unusable for an extended period. The effort required to clean and reorganize everything after the treatment was extremely time-consuming and exhausting. While I understand that a repeat service may be offered, I am not willing to undergo this process again. I simply do not have the time or energy to once again empty my entire kitchen, disrupt my daily routine, and spend hours cleaning and putting everything back in place. Additionally, I have a small dog, making the preparation, safety precautions, and post-treatment cleanup even more challenging. I chose Urban Company based on its reputation for providing reliable and effective services. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing, as the treatment has neither resolved the infestation nor justified the inconvenience it caused. In view of the above, I request a full refund of ₹1,572, as I do not consider a repeat treatment to be a suitable resolution. I trust Urban Company will address this matter fairly and process my refund at the earliest. I look forward to your prompt response and confirmation of the refund. Sincerely, Anita Zubin
