I paid for utensils remover plan but we ourselves had to do that, and he finished the work in just n hr, time mentioned in that plan was 1hr 45 min, please look into the matter and refund the rest amount

This is the second time I’ve availed this service from Urban Company. During the first visit, the service partner worked thoroughly for nearly an hour, cleaned every corner properly, and the treatment was highly effective—we did not see any cockroaches for around nine months instead of the expected three. However, this time the experience was extremely disappointing. The service partner spent barely 15 minutes, did not spray all corners properly, and even skipped areas below the kitchen sink. This service was a complete waste of money and far below expectations. I want reperformance of the service by someone else.
