The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

Extremely poor effectiveness. After 24 hours of the first spray, not a single cocroach is dead. The customer service executive is extremely fraudulent. While they write something on the app, they completely negate it over a call. They told that the effectiveness comes after the gel is put in and the spray usually wont kill much. Then why do the spray in anycase. And if after gel application, we dont find cockroaches getting killed, then only they will do another round of spray and gel. They dont understand the effort to put the utensils back. An easier way would have been to do another spray while utensils are still out and you can see that the spray is ineffective..
