No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought

What will the first visit include?

What safety precautions are needed?

The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth

Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?

Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.

Is the service safe for children and pest?

The technician did not seem to be either skilled or professional in his approach. The whole kitchen and the floor was wet with the chemical used including the cabinet doors. We had recently renovated the kitchen through Livspace. He said this is how he does in all households. In our previous experience in Delhi where we lived, the chemical used is by carefully spraying along the edges. Here the entire kitchen floor was wet!

Shahabuddin was excellent, providing service that was professional and efficient. However, the low rating reflects a significant issue with the post-spraying process. The amount of manual work required to put things back into place and clean up after the cockroach maintenance is excessive. For the price, the cost of the service is not at all worth the subsequent effort. Urban Company should arrange for an additional person to assist with the re-organization and cleanup. This feedback is directed solely at the service protocol, not the technician who carried out the work.
