Is the service safe for children and pest?
Yes, it is safe. However, it is advisable to keep children and pets away from sprayed surfaces till they are dry and keep an eye on them so they do not lick the surfaces later
What safety precautions are needed?
The customer should not touch any sprayed surfaces till they are dry. Once chemical dries, do not wash the surface with water and soap, only a dry cloth
Will I have to empty the kitchen before the visit?
Yes, customers need to empty the kitchen before the 1st visit. You can also choose it as an additional service while making the booking if you wish the professional does so.
Will the professional place back the utensils in my kitchen?
No, the customer needs to wait 1-2 hours till the chemical is dry to place back the utensils. The professional will not place back the utensils even if the add-on is bought
Why do I need the second visit?
The second visit targets eggs which may hatch later, hidden cockroaches and new cockroach-babies. Killing them via a 2nd visit enhances the effect of the service, even if the problem is eliminated after the 1st visit

We got the pest control done as we had begun to see cockroaches in the kitchen. 4 days after the service, we continue to see only live cockroaches. Surprisingly, we have not seen a single dead cockroach in the last 4 days/nights. I think that the service was not effective at all. I am unable to get the whole thing redone as it means taking out all items and keeping them back again. You are supposed to provide a follow up gel treatment. I hope that is much better. Otherwise, it is a complete waste of my money. Please send your best vendor for the gel treatment and let them put spray again in the sink. I am very very disappointed. I shall revert to you after the follow up gel treatment.
