Dear Urban Company Team, I would like to provide feedback regarding the recent pest control service done at our premises. The team has applied the spray not just in corners and affected areas, but also inside grocery boxes and directly onto utensils and vessels. This has created an unnecessary additional task for us, as we now need to re-clean all the containers and kitchen items thoroughly before use, which has doubled our workload. In the future, we request that the team take more care to avoid spraying directly on food-related items and vessels. It would be greatly appreciated if proper precautions are taken to cover or exclude such areas during the treatment process. Looking forward to better service in the future. Thank you, Akshay
