The door link system doesn't work and the service technician said I need to get it fixed myself. Additionally the microphone on the door is not working. I get distorted, garbled sound on the phone when somebody speaks from outside so it's probably a loose connection off the microphone in the installation. Somebody needs to come in and fix this
