A different person arrived. There was no mention of the other person visiting. Service was booked with Jagadeesh and Lokesh turned up. UC verified this person visiting my house? Other person turning up can be a security issue. Sub contracting?

The service was good. But I feel the service atleast should have included the surrounding area cleaning meaning the adjacent wardrobe area of chimney. Though on request the executive cleaned it.

One of the professional didn’t wear mask.
While cleaning they damaged the outer plastic.
Not satisfied with the service.
Felt like a first timer came for service.
Instead of cleaning I feel I wasted not only my money but also the chimney plastic is now damaged . They cleaned with too hot water and the plastic got damaged .
They didn’t even got the urban company bad nor the proper equipment’s for cleaning .
Need proper action to be taken and damage to be refunded .
