Excellent service. Both the person came for cleaning are very professional and hard working. My 10 years old chimney is looking like a new one. They are very amicable and clean the kitchen after cleaning the chimney. I am very happy with their service and will call them again for future services

Delay in getting repair done

Extremely disappointed with urban company executive Abdul. For chimney leakage he told me the exhaust pipe is damaged and cowl cap is not right. He quoted 2000 bucks to replace both. I sensed foul play and took a 2nd opinion from urbanrepair.com. They changed the pipe position and fixed the issue in 20 seconds, charging me only for his bike petrol expenses. Dear urban company, you already charge premium prices for your services and include a silly convenience fee as well. Why fleece customers on top of that?

Didn’t even clean the exterior part of the duct.

The way he is taking is worst. He is asking me am i the owner or tenant of house. How this is relevant his service. More over he is saying he has seen 10 such type of people since morning what does it mean. Hence we are not with his behaviour. We cancelled his service not allowed anything to do. but paid the amount as he came to our house.

Surya was good at his work. Did his job thoroughly well. But Urban Co. should be able to provide parts to the partner and not depend on local shops for that.
