He was only complaining about our chimney, as per my understanding the chimney needed service so I called him to service not complain as maken us feel that the chimney is faulty, when it's been running in good condition. When I asked him to clean completely he started saying he has eye problem and had an operation recently. And hence can't use the acid to clean the wall on which the chimney is placed.
