Firstly the person called me and said he will come by 5pm instead of 4.30pm. Which I was OK with. Secondly he said the chimney motor needs to be changed. I was not convinced as the motor was running but intermittent not starting. In any case I gave the benefit of doubt and told him to install a new one. He said he has to take back the current motor which I didn’t agree with. I told him to get the new motor and install it after removing the old one. He tried to convince me to take back the old one which I said no to. I’m not sure why the old motor needs to be taken back for installing a new one. Anyway it appears chimney service by Urban company is not professional and qualified. I will go with the company service itself.
