Charged extra unnecessary money. Provides wrong information, asked me to rate him well after service even though he tried to trick me for 1500 extra was also demanding for tip at the end I had called customer service to fix the extra amount charged. Very unprofessional and rude. Do not book this technician at any cost.

1. Initial assessment was to change binding and that too quotation was 2800+ service charge instead of 1500 shown on app 2. Final assessment to change capacitor was done and that fixed the issue 3. Capacitor looked local and was not in any packaging( maybe second hand). No original connector for capacitor, so had to cut wire to connect it to chimney instead of clips
