Overall experience with technician to app , very pathetic , you guys are good only for non technical things , where technician involvement is there it's pathetic . Customer support is very very poor . You have to tell the whole story again and again . Not at all satisfied with service . You guys are spoiled my 35k chimney which is hardly 2yrs old and now I am thinking why I called for cleaning from UC
