The service person did not clean chimney properly. Used our cloth and scrubber for cleaning. Completed the service in so much hurry. Did not cover the other items on kitchen platform.

1..firstly he came at 5pm instead 2pm.. 2. I had booked deep cleaning he only did bit of cleaning of chimney nothing else as it was mentioned that full cleaning till outlet of chimney. 3. he has not cleaning the mesh of chimney.4.he has used some chemical and left permanent marks on my black marble slab..please look in the matter as I need my refund also some one from Urban company to look in to my problem and help to resolve my damage slab..
