Pathetic worst servicing. Full unprofessional. He just rubbed outside of chimney and thats all. When i asked to clean outer of motor , he said its not part of cleaning. Continuously talking to phone and brought other person along with him. They were continuously laughing and gossiping. Looks like my home is a club. Will never take urban company service going forward. Better u take service from brand itself.
