Professional was not clear on the ask, his intention was to loot money without providing service. I asked him to change on/off switch and he quoted me to repair pcb board and his behavior was very rude and adamant. He constantly blamed company for everything he was very miserable in his task and stated company has asked him to do so. Please do not consider this Professional for any service

Lohith is a very professional guy. I have never seen someone so dedicated towards his work. Also, he has great knowledge and experience of his work and he cleaned our chimney and made it like new. Not even a small stain of oil can be seen after his work. Also my chimney was old model but he repaired it and made it like new one. Superb. If more than 5 star option would have been there, I would have given that also. He is excellent in his work. Urban company should take pride that they have such a knowledge person.
