I faced multiple issues both by the UC and service provider. The service provider took away our chimney for service and he could close the status in the app as complete without any OTP from my side. After this we were unable to communicate with each other and had some tense moments. The customer support at UC , particularly by Arshdeep was pathetic. She didn’t provide any support. On top of that, the issue raised was also closed without resolving my problem. Today, after 4-5 days of follow up, service provider came but without the air filter. He went back and brought the filter. We found the filter to be rusted, probably it was kept in some chemical and forgotten for last so many days. Pls improve your software to make sure that service is not closed without OTP

2 partners came and they were not wearing UC uniform. luckily I was at home . if my wife alone was there she would have got scared.

The chimney has been damaged by the service even further. Its making a loud noise & is in irreparable state. The service technician was incapable & after the noise increased, the technician suggested us to buy a new one. A completely fine working chimney has been ruined beyond repair. I need a refund of this poor service.

mentioned the chimney needs sensor board replacement and pcb board repar..UC doesnt do sensor board and cost is very high..i can do it for 4500 including chimney cleaning..took it with him and then charged this amount outside UC app..such tecnicians needs to be banned..and my money shall be refunded by him

The service was great! He was on time, very friendly, and polite. He even called ahead to ask if it was a good time to come by and cleaned our chimney in just an hour.
