He said we need to remove all our cabinets for him to access the chimney and remove it. When we said that wouldn’t be possible since that would involve a carpenter, we asked him to service it as much as possible. He then told us some part was broken ( it was not as that part is detachable ) and replaced it with a new part and charged us 3.9k and told me I’ll get the invoice in my phone which u haven’t to date. So I called him and asked him to share the invoice, he said I’ll receive it soon. Seems like a scam.

I had a very bad experience with the person who did my previous job which was confirmed by Shafeek. Wrong spare parts were fixed and l had no way to check the same. This time around the job was done very well and on time by Shafeek. I only hope the spares are genuine . Keeping my fingers crossed.
