He had absolutely no idea what he was doing. In fact I told him if he can't do it I'll call someone else. Today when we tried to install a new chimney pipe we realised how bad the work was. He removed one of the chimney duct flaps and threw it aside. He made me call a carpenter urgently and to my surprise he had not even got the cutting done to the specification. Only half the duct was open and the other half was under the wooden panel. I had to get it cut all over again today. Worst was when he installed the chimney pipe with a bunch of cloth inside the pipe. Service was a complete disaster.

Absolutely worst service. No experience or knowledge. Took 3.5 hrs to do a simple chimney. Broke few internal part scratched the outer serface. Was not wearing urban company uniform. Had no proper equipment, he took scotch brite from us and scratched the entire surface and spoiled our chimney. No the chimney is producing even more loud noise and its suction power has reduced considerably. Worst service by urban company.
