Initially, he argued that it doesn’t fully shut by default. But when we pointed out that it happened due to the way he forcefully inserted his hand, he finally accepted and fixed it. However, it still doesn’t look or function perfectly. Lastly, every time we switch on the AC, the outdoor unit makes a noise that sounds like a loose screw. The technician claims it’s not related to his installation and says it must be an internal compressor issue. This lack of ownership and proper guidance has been very disappointing. We request that this matter be looked into seriously and appropriate steps be taken.
