There was a misunderstanding which Phoebe & UC help centre assisted to resolve the issue swiftly. Phoebe is friendly and attentive. She applied eye drop after the lash removal and it was very soothing for the eyes. She also give suggestion on the styles to try. Thank You!

The whole lash 2D session completed in 2.5H - longest I have ever done in my life. Therapist was constantly resting her hand on the other eye while putting on lashes for another eye. Very uncomfortable session with poor results. Therapist lack design and skills… Will not recommand if you are a season lash extension consumer as this is quite disappointing, below average standards. Extension Lashes (without roots) started dropping few hours. Glu not sticky…

Paid for volume lash, but the after result was just a very normal 2D look. The lash tech told me this was her thickest lash & other customers of her even proclaimed that it was super volumed. I ask her to tell me honestly after i stood up if she could really see my extensions, she did not answer my question & still insisted this was her thickest lashes. Took photos & sent to their customer service, they will arrange for another redo of my lashes with the same lash tech.
