She came in with a smile on her face and set to work quickly. The toilet was spotless after she was done. All the built up gunk was cleaned away. She even washed the walls all the way up and wiped the tops of my cabinets and my door too. Highly recommend 😊

The deep clean was not as detailed as i expected it to be. In comparison to the service that I got last time for toilet deep clean. This time is not as detailed.

Service professional did not communicate properly with us on method of cleaning the kitchen. Equipment used for cleaning was just a spray solution, water and cloth - which was nowhere near the stated deep cleaning service. We also asked if we were needed to remove the items within but she said she will advise later and went about cleaning the cabinet exteriors and some interiors without removing items within but just shifting them around. Additionally we own a dishwasher so we did not need her to wash the dishes however since she did not clarify on what we wanted to prioritise (cleaning of the interiors) she went ahead to wash the dishes. Microwave was not cleaned thoroughly and there was still food smell lingering which should not have been the case for a deep clean. The service time indicated was 3 hr 45mins however because service was rushed it was completed in 2hr 45mins. We are quite disappointed as the entire service definitely did not feel like a kitchen deep clean but rather just a quick clean with parts that are inaccessible or harder to clean not thoroughly cleaned.

Patricia arrived an hour early which is not a plus point, however, she nailed it with a very satisfying result. My bathroom is really clean except tat she missed 1 small area. Not tat obvious but overall, Im happy. Will definitely engaged her soon.
