I am satisfied with Patricia’s toilet deep clean service!! She went to the details of drainage clean, grout scrub and also wiping the tiles/mirror at high areas. Amazing work!

She rendered good service which I like. She knew what to do without being told. She worked hard to cleaned up whatever mess that was in the kitchen. But there are something maybe UC can work on in terms of training your stuff- (1) Do we stick to time? If it’s 12pm to 3pm, and suppose the person finishes work at 2.3pm or 2.4pm, maybe she can ask (1) what other area she needs to work on in the assigned place (2) whether she can leave. Good to have courtesy to say “I have finished my work. May I leave now or is there anything else to do ?” Also try not to use negative word like “smelly”. I tried very hard to convince my relatives to have the cleaner come. They will be angry if they hear negative words about the state of their kitchen and will not like to engage cleaners in future. It is precisely the kitchen was in a horrible condition and that was why I engaged your company for deep cleaning.
