Can I re-book the same professional if I like their service?

Yes. If you rate your service with 5 stars, the next time you book, the app will ask if you want to re-book with the same professional. Simply click on their profile and book them in.

What is the brand of gel polish you are using?

For classic services, we are using the following brands: OPI (Nail Lacquer), Poshe/Seche for Quick Dry Top and Base Coats.

Can I book as a male customer?

Yes. You can book our manicure and pedicure services as a male without any surcharge.

I do not have a foot basin, can I still proceed with the pedicure service?

For hygiene reasons, we would request you to provide your own basin for the service. If you do not have one, our therapist will be able to bring a basin along with a disposable foot basin liner.

Are the services available in every region?

Yes. Services are provided islandwide except for Sentosa Island and Jurong Island.

Will I be able to choose my therapist?

Our system is designed to allocate a therapist based on your location and availability. However, if you know the name of a therapist, you can indicate this while making the booking and our customer service team will handle the rest!

How do I choose the colour of nail polish for my service?

Before selecting your service slot, you will be asked to indicate your preferred colour range. Your assigned nail artist will then bring along your preferred colour range for the service.

Am I entitled to multiple colours for my mani/pedi?

Yes, up to a maximum of 3. You just have to inform our professional of your preference. Our manicurist/pedicurist will advise you on add-on charges for more than 3 colours.

Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes. You can reschedule your appointments through our app or website. However, to compensate our partners who may already be travelling to your location, any rescheduling made 12 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subjected to a $20 fee

Will I get a refund if I cancel my booking?

Yes. You can cancel your appointments through our app or website. Any cancellations made must be done at least 12 hours before the scheduled booking time to receive the full refund amount. Any cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled booking time will be subjected to a $20 cancellation fee.

Terrible experience. While I’m appreciative that she is able to come earlier ahead of my original appointment time and that she is relatively detailed, overall experience was bad. Supposed to be enjoying my mani pedi service at the luxury of home, but she made my day a lousy one. Over 3 hours just for mani, and the nail art is as though it’s a 3-YO kid doing play dough. She is so slow until I have to tell her to do the nail art just for 1 finger instead of 2, which I have paid for. What made the whole experience terrible also coz she came unprepared. The gel nail remover machine she came with went low battery within 10 mins she used and she has to use an old manual file to file off my existing gel. Of coz, it’s terribly done. She left merely 5 mins into my pedi session, saying to attend to personal stuffs and will get another professional to complete the undone work today. Spoke to Urban CS but there’s no record of her request??? I’ve been patiently giving her all the time she need to do though it was way too long. Not to mention the incomplete job. And I’m left stranded!!!! Engage her at your own risk!!!

I do think the manicurist’s very long nails affected the overall service experience a little. During the cream application and massage, it felt difficult for the products to be applied smoothly and comfortably. I also noticed when I checked closely afterwards that the polish on my toes wasn’t applied very neatly around the edges. I genuinely mean this as constructive feedback, as I think the service could improve significantly with shorter working nails for better precision and comfort - I think this has been highlighted by previous customers before me.
