Professional is extremely stubborn and egoistic. Despite us being silent about her wrong doing of using cellphone during working hours , she herself went to UC by giving wrong feedback and misleading them . Her wrong behaviour should not be a reprimand on others . She didn’t correct herself and have breached client confidentiality of giving her 1 rating .
