Service itself was okay but he damaged one of my heater switch such that it was in a wrong position so the heater wasn’t on even when we on (we using app to control heater), at first we didn’t know and thought our heater spoil. Took us quite a while to find out it was actually the switch that ran out of position! We have a baby so bathing with cold water is out of the question and we were so panicked at that point of time we thought heater was spoiled.

Very poor experience. The technician was rude and unprofessional throughout. The first thing he said was “give me way to walk” and shaking his head, complaining the aircon was dirty (which is exactly why we hired this service, aircon wash) Water dripped during servicing and stained our wall. When we asked how to remove it, he replied, “then don’t do aircon service la.” He also asked us to move furniture, but when we couldn’t shift the bed, he just said “like this normal wash only,” He did use a cover for the bed, but overall attitude was still dismissive and reluctant. Customer service was 0/100. Rude attitude and careless work. Would not recommend.
