Service itself was okay but he damaged one of my heater switch such that it was in a wrong position so the heater wasn’t on even when we on (we using app to control heater), at first we didn’t know and thought our heater spoil. Took us quite a while to find out it was actually the switch that ran out of position! We have a baby so bathing with cold water is out of the question and we were so panicked at that point of time we thought heater was spoiled.

Had a really good experience with this aircon servicing. The team was very professional—they made sure to cover all my furniture before starting, which I really appreciated. They also took the time to explain what they were doing and helped me understand why my aircon wasn’t cold previously. That kind of transparency is a big plus. After the servicing, they didn’t just leave—they properly cleaned up the area, so everything was neat and tidy again. The only reason it’s not a full 5/5 is because they arrived a bit late, but honestly it wasn’t a big issue given the overall quality of their work. Would still recommend 👍
