It felt like he was rushing cleaning everything despite all aircon have not been serviced for a full year. Insisted it will take a while for it to get cold even though I know he rushed cleaning it. Other noticeable actions, he touched our bed which is very inappropriate if you want to move things out of the way you should ask owners to move it instead of touching it with your hands that have been cleaning dirty aircons. He used our toilet to pee without asking for permission. Would appreciate some common courtesy. Your previous guys which I've used twice in the past were much better, really took their time to properly clean. Wont be using or recommending this guy to anyone.

I had a good experience with Mohan and his partner. Mohan explained every step clearly before proceeding, so I knew what he was doing. My aircon is an older model and could not be dismantled fully, but instead of forcing it, he came up with a practical solution by setting up a tray to properly collect the water during servicing. You can tell he knows what he’s doing and adapts well to the situation. He was also honest about the services offered. He told me that a foam jet servicing wasn’t necessary since I had already done a chemical overhaul, which actually saved me money. Overall, really professional, transparent, and thoughtful service. Would definitely recommend 👍

Field staff arrived on time and completed all the cleaning of the unit and condenser. However, one of the air-con units became not cold after servicing. Unsure what the issue is.
