أنا طلبت تركيب لوحة ولما وصل العامل وشاف البيت طلب زيادة في السعر وقال المطلوب منه من الشركة تركيب مسمار واحد فقط مع أن الخدمة واضحة ومطابقة لطلبي تركيب لوحة وطلبت من الدعم الفني إبلاغ أدارتهم بتغيير اسم الخدمة إلى تركيب مسمار لان هذا غش وبكل صراحة قالها لي العامل كنسل الخدمة وبيعطوني عشرين ريال وبيرجعون لك الباقي والمصيبة الأكبر أنهم اغلقو الطلب واخذو المبلغ كامل اجر تركيب لوحتين أتمنى يكون عندهم متابعة وفعلا يكونون مقدمين خدمة احترافية لا أن يستغلون الناس وانا انتظر اعادة المبلغ الي اخذتوه مني بدون وجه حق 👎🏻

Broke two of the 3 chairs he built. Built quite a lot of furniture and almost all of it was well done. It was some basic idea things, so bit very challenging but he worked quickly and efficiently. Main issue is that in order to finish quickly, he used a powered screwdriver and as a result he damaged the wood on not one, but two chairs he built. I offered to let him do less furniture, as in he could have worked a normal speed and finished at the same time, but he insisted and then did a poor job, which is unfortunate. He also could have use the power tool, but less intensely, or if he were more experienced, he would know when to stop to avoid the cracked wood. Also the fact that damaged two chairs and didn’t tell me is not great. I would not recommend him for anything delicate or valuable.
