I am very unhappy. The cleaning was not taken seriously. The work was not done completely. The only thing done nicely was dishes. She was not following the instructions either. The dusting was not proper and the bed making was not goods. She did not take cleaning seriously. I have a great faith in urban company .. it is expensive then other cleaning companies but I still choose it because of the quality it delivers.
