ما شاء الله فاطمه وعايشه ابدعوا النجوم كلها لعيون فاطمه وعايشه اما الشركه ما اعطيها حتى نجمه وحده لا حظور بالموعد تاخرو ٣ ساعات تقريبا وبعد هذا كله بعد ماجو العاملات بساعه رجعو اخذو وحده منهم عشان عندها حجز ثاني سلامات وحجزي !!! وحده قعدت عندي تنظف للامانه التنظيف كان كثير وما قصرت الله يسعدها ولوحدها والثانيه جت بالاخير بنهايه دوامها وكملو مع بعض وصلو عندي ١ تقريبا وراحو ١١ ونص كله من الشركه وكمان واحد من خدمه العملاء يقولي ان الخدمه عامله وحده اصلا !! ومكتوب هنا عاملتين ما اقول الا الله يسعد فاطمه وعايشه بس ريحوني كثير . 🤍🤍🤍

The guys did good job. But kitchen deep cleaning is not possible in just one hour. For the amount you are charging us it should be atleast 2-3 hours. The service was great from the cleaners.

Dear Yammak Team, I booked your Kitchen Deep Cleaning Service based on the details mentioned on your website, which highlight the use of professional equipment such as steam machines to remove grease and deep clean surfaces. However, the service provided was not up to the expected standard. The team carried out the cleaning manually without using any equipment, and the sticky/greasy areas on the kitchen walls and cabinets were not properly cleaned. The workers made their best efforts in cleaning manually; however, we felt that proper equipment should have been provided to clean the kitchen more effectively. Kindly review this matter and arrange either a proper re-cleaning as per your advertised service standards or a suitable compensation. Thank you for your attention and prompt response.
