The consultation and service provided by Mr. Balasaheb Janak Suryavanshi was highly unprofessional and disappointing. He appeared to have limited knowledge of how to properly diagnose and operate the washing machine and handle its components. During the visit, he repeatedly gave reasons such as low water pressure, a damaged pipe, or other allegedly faulty parts as the cause of the machine not working. He also seemed to be in a hurry while opening the top of the machine and handling delicate parts, which raised concerns about the possibility of further damage. He further misled me by stating that a particular machine part was damaged and advising me to purchase a replacement from outside or directly from the brand and have it fitted. However, when I contacted the brand’s authorized service team, they inspected the machine and resolved the actual issue within a few minutes. This clearly indicated that the diagnosis provided by the Urban Company service provider was incorrect. I am extremely disappointed with Urban Company for assigning such a service provider and for the poor quality of service provided. Customers should not be misled into purchasing unnecessary parts or made to feel pressured or intimidated because of a service provider’s lack of knowledge or willingness to properly diagnose the issue. I request Urban Company to seriously investigate this incident, review the service provider’s qualifications and conduct, and take appropriate action. I also expect an explanation regarding how such an inaccurate diagnosis was provided and what steps Urban Company will take to ensure that customers do not face similar experiences in the future.
